Check in - 11:45 a.m., Scramble Shotgun Start - 1:00 p.m.

$90 - per individual or $340 - per foursome (on or before 9/5)
 $95 - per individual or $360 - per foursome (after 9/5)
$22 - meal only

Registration includes: Lunch, Driving Range, Goodie Bag, 18 Holes of Golf with Cart, Snacks and Beverages, Beer, and Dinner Banquet.
