Welcome to the Saint Joseph School Extended Day Program (EDP). Saint Joseph School offers the Extended Day Program because of our belief that we must provide continued assistance and support to parents in the process of educating their children. The program is operated in-house by qualified staff that will help your children develop in an environment of safety, support, and care. Our program is open to Kindergarten through 8th Grade students of Saint Joseph School from 2:45-5:30 p.m. each day that school is in session. Children are accepted in the program on a pre-registered basis according to a fixed schedule of 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 days per week. Activities include outdoor and indoor play, games, crafts, and homework time (tutoring is not provided). A daily snack is also provided. The daily schedule is as follows:

2:45-3:30 p.m. – attendance; bathroom break; snack (cafeteria)
3:30-4:30 p.m. – play time for kindergarten (playground/gym); homework for grades 1-8 (cafeteria; these children are dismissed for play after homework is completed)
4:30-5:30 p.m. – play time; quiet time; games (cafeteria)
